What does it mean to feel grounded in your body? To trust your body’s natural impulses and instincts through active connection and presence? Experiencing the body beyond the mind is fundamental to living in the most liberated way. Yet, we often carry mental trauma that the body stores to protect us, and part of this practice is gently unlearning those patterns.
These sessions are focused on creating a foundation of safety and a sense of home within every part of the body- especially in areas where we may not even realize our connection is lacking.
This support is especially useful if you:
Experience dissociation or feel “outside” of your body
Notice a freeze response in overwhelming or stressful situations
Feel blocked or disconnected from certain parts of your body (for example, sensing your chest and legs but not your torso)
Find it difficult to trust or feel connected to your body’s natural instincts and impulses
Feel stuck in the mind

As women, anger is often muted or masked behind emotions like sadness, guilt, and shame. In these sessions, we explore anger in a creative primordial, body-based way- beyond the mind’s judgments- connecting with it as it seeks to be recognized and expressed in truth.
Through movement and presence, we sit with the energy of anger and inquire into what it wants to teach us. We approach it as a tool to return to ourselves and listen deeply. Anger ensures something is heard, and the more we connect with it, the more we allow ourselves to be seen. This process helps us learn to communicate anger as an energy of truth and connection, rather than divisiveness.

(AKA PMS on steroids, AKA- Periods with Maximum Dramatic Disorder)
This exploration is not a medical replacement, but a practice designed to support you during this time. Personally, PMDD can be 2–3 weeks of intense anger, sadness, confusion, frustration, mental fog, exhaustion, guilt, shame, and endless apologies for mood shifts… to name a few.
Finding how to navigate balance, grace, and getting your needs met while not being disrespectful to those around you can feel extra strenuous during this time.
Learning to communicate- not just with others, but with yourself- is critical. Creating space to breathe and respond to your needs is fundamental. PMDD often triggers old wounds and trauma, bringing up emotions that can feel stuck in mental, emotional, and physical cycles. In these individual sessions, we’ll explore practices and actionable strategies that incorporate mental, energetic, creative, emotional, and physical support- helping you stay attentive to yourself and journey through this time with more ease and awareness.

Imbalanced power dynamics have disconnected many of us from a sensuality that isn’t driven by the mind or mental gratification. From wounds that stem from abuse to conditioning that distorts true sensual and intimate connection, we often forget that sensuality carries an inherent ferocity (and that ferocity requires sensuality).
In these sessions, we’ll explore how to balance this sensual, creative space with our core power center.
Disclaimer: This class is NOT about sexual activity, sexual gratification, or “doing” anything in a sexualized way. The pre-existing definitions and understandings we’re taught about sexuality and sensuality are typically irrelevant in this space. We’re re-learning a relationship to these energies, because much of our exposure is derived from limited narratives. This is about presence, awareness, and self-connection.

Navigating the empathic urge to carry everyone else’s energetic and emotional loads.
Many of us walk through life with open hearts, without always maintaining awareness of our own energy center and core power.
Working with energetic boundaries means learning to recognize and feel your own energy field- how to turn up or turn down the “volume” of empathic connection with those around you. This isn’t about shutting off your sensitivities; it’s about using them as a gift and a source of empowerment, helping you stay present in your own space first and foremost.

Reiki, energy healing, and accessing the “psychic senses”- all things often labeled “woo-woo”- aren’t foreign to me or my familial background. Growing up, these abilities were second-nature, but my journey has been less about understanding them intellectually and more about learning how to be human and see them as an extension of the physical body. Western approaches to these practices often emphasize disconnecting from the body… but that’s how you might go a little crazy.
We can’t escape the body, so this class focuses on strengthening these abilities by rooting them in physical presence. Creative guidance and active listening form the foundation of this practice, helping you access subtle energies and ways of interacting with “life beyond life.” At the same time, we remain mindful of maintaining an intentional, high-vibrational space. Since we are vessels, openness can leave us vulnerable- but this practice teaches how to honor your gifts while maintaining strong energetic boundaries, and supporting safe, empowered exploration.
Journaling

I’ve been journaling every day since the age of six, and over time my practice has naturally evolved. In this class, you’ll learn to cultivate a writing practice that encourages reflection and self-awareness, while also moving beyond the mind. The focus is on creating a flow of energy, releasing stagnation, and uncovering insights without getting stuck in overthinking. This is a space to explore, feel, and write your way to clarity and presence.

This class uses acting as a tool to explore and release into the self—our emotions, personal stories, and mental space—while staying aware of the world, the setting, and the people around us. How can we be present and vulnerable to those we’re surrounded by, without losing connection to ourselves?
Through foundational acting techniques, we ground ourselves in the act of play. This practice allows us to have fun while discovering the balance between opening our hearts to others and remaining fully connected to our own experience.

In these classes, you’ll explore practices that connect your voice to the energy of your body, helping you access presence, clarity, and intention. This allows you to tap into different sides of yourself while staying authentic to who you are in each moment.

This musical exploration offers a journey of sound and body through my original compositions. I create instrumental music for these sessions with the intention of opening a space for deeper listening- feeling into sensation, rhythm, vibration, and the subtle ways the body responds to flow and emotion within sound and frequency.
Without expectation for what arises, the mind is invited to simply observe what the body experiences. Music has a way of taking the abstract and materializing it in forms the body can viscerally respond to. My hope is that, within the themes we choose to explore musically, you notice how sound moves through you, how the body answers, and how the mind participates or resists.
This experience is not about performance or achieving a specific state. It is about curiosity, presence, and allowing music to be felt as much as it is heard.
Let’s work together.
