Creativity, Love, & Letting Go

When it comes to love and creativity, there’s this idea that when we feel something real- when we feel a spark that unites us with the most connected and alive version of ourselves- we have to hold onto it.

Instead of focusing on how we can allow that moment to transform us, we fixate on how to make that exact moment last forever. We chase the feelings and sensations that once felt like freedom, only to trap ourselves in a cycle of stagnation- unable to experience the deeper magic that can unfold even in the most mundane moments.

A creative idea does not need to be conquered. In truth, not every inspiration is meant to be materialized. Every soulful moment of love that passes through us does not need to be chased for all of eternity. I believe those moments are reminders- calling us to re-center into curiosity and notice the magical sensations that are always available, in every moment.
